Fitness Requirements

The Retreat has been carefully designed to maximise your experience. We expect all participants to be able to take part in the organised physical activities. You should ensure you are able to partake in a three-hour hike over undulating terrain and be comfortbale with yoga and jogging or walking in the mornings. If you require a fitness plan to increase your levels of fitness prior to attending the retreat, pelase contact us at support@wellbeingrepublic.com.

 

Pre-existing Medical Conditions

If you have a pre-exsisting medical condition that may affect your ability to partake in some of the activities please contact us by email in the first instance before booking your place at support@wellbeingrepublic.com.

 

Single Occupancy

Due to nature of the retreat all rooms are based on single occupancy. Shoud you wish to attend as a couple, please contact us in the first instance by email at support@wellbeingrepublic.com.

 

If we have to cancel the Retreat

If we have to cancel a Retreat due too few participants, we will refund to you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred by you. In the unlikely event that Wellbeing Republic must cancel a Retreat due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be dependent on us receiving a refund from the venue / tour operator we work with. To cover these risks, we highly recommend you purchase appropriate insurance.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, the cancellation policy below will apply, with no exceptions. We wish we could compensate people for unforseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving venues and travel for our team and partners. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as compassionate as possible in the case that your plans change. But to protect yourself further, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

90 days or more prior to the start of the The Retreat you may receive a full refund of any moneys paid, including any deposit, less an administration fee of £10.

 

30 days or more prior to the start of The Retreat, you may cancel your place, but you will feorfeit your deposit.  At our discretion, we may be able to apply a credit for the amount of the deposit (less a £10 administration fee and any expenses incurred by us attributable to your place on the Retreat) to a future Wellbeing Republic Retreat, within 12 months.

 

Less than 30 days days prior to the start of The Retreat, you may cancel your place, but will liable for 100% of the Retreat cost. If you cancel between 15-30 days prior to start of the Retreat we may, at our discretion, be able to apply a credit of 50% towards another Wellbeing Republic Retreat within 12 months, but you will forfeit the remainder.
