As a result of the global pandemic, which has seen many countries enter a state of lockdown, we have suspended all in-person workshops for the time being. To continue to support people and organisations, we have created a series of webinars specifically tailored to support the wellbeing of employees and leaders during these uncertain times. We deliver inspirational workshops that have the potential to inspire lasting positive change in those people that we work with. Our mission is to help people harness their optimum mental state and our workshops are designed to do just that.

 

Everything that we do, we do because we want to inspire others to unleash their true potential. Our passion (and our deep sense of purpose) is reflected in everything that we do, including the stories we tell, the science we share, the presentations we produce and the materials we create.

 

We have developed a suite of more than 50+ inspirational workshops which range from 60-minute to half-day interventions. Workshops
SLEEP
Sleep is the foundational pillar for our optimum physical and mental state. Our sleep workshops help people to understand the why, what and how of sleep.
MINDSET
Our mindset matters. It plays a pivotal role in the way we experience the world. It has the potential to turn a perceived obstacle into an opportunity to grow exponentially, so it is a crucial skill set to learn and develop. 
EXERCISE
According to a growing body of research, sitting is the new smoking, yet far too few of us move enough each day. Our Fighting Fit workshops cover the why, how and what of exercise from the theory to putting it into action.
MENTAL
HEALTH
Mental ill-health is now the leading cause of sickness absence in the UK and worldwide, but what is it and what causes it? We have a series of mental health workshops that help to shine a light on a topic that is often shrouded in mystery.

SOCIAL
CONNECTION
Social connection is one of the most important factors of good long-term wellbeing. We have a biological need for love and belonging. Our workshops are designed to help people foster better relationships at work and in life. 
NUTRITION
Good nutrition is the cornerstone of good physical and mental health. Unfortunately, the messaging is often contradictory.  We have devised 8 workshops covering topics such as sugar, fad diets, as well as the gut microbiome to help people make informed decisions.
MEDITATION
Mindfulness is now practised by the likes of Google, the Navy Seals and UK schools. Despite some vocal sceptics, it is growing in popularity as a means to alleviate stress and anxiety and boost performance. We cover a broad range of practices that bolster wellbeing + performance.
HAPPINESS
Our flagship workshop is designed to help people better understand and differentiate between the different types of happiness which exist. We share the science and practical tips to cultivate long-term health, happiness and fulfilment.
